I’ll start this review with, the food is great here. No complaints. This review relates to more serious things. Firstly the staff are in a constant rush and don’t listen to the instructions and then get annoyed when you try and say the instruction again. Slow down guys and take the time to get the instructions properly. Subway have a good name for making a decent sandwich. Rushing only creates issues. Finally, as I was in getting my order today, the young guy serving the old guy beside me did a serious covid breach. He coughed straight into his food prep glove and with the same hand, put it into the veg and put it on this guys sub!! The manager pulled him and said cough into your elbow, but none of the produce was taken out and replaced! When I said it to the manager I got a very abrupt response and was less than willing to rectify the situation. What a shame

Subway Annerley by far beats any Subway franchisee I've been too. Mostly everything done there seems to be done with efficiency. The staff are always consistently kind and enthusiastic and even seem (to me at least) that they genuinely enjoy serving you a product that they create with hastiness, and then the final result being that the food is absolutely delicious
Best Subway on the south side for sure, lots of parking too.
Friendly helpful staff. My kids weren't sure how to order as this was their first time and Sebastian was very patient and kind with them. Will be coming back for sure
The trading hours were until 10 but at 8:30pm staff won't let me sit in the restaurant and eat because they need to mop. Not coming here again. Very poor customer service.
I have to remake my sub, every time. Always have to repeat yourself and customer service is eh at best.
Young dude this morning was rude and short with me. Was snappy when I had to repeat myself because he didn't want to listen. I'm in food service myself, we all have bad days. But yikes, absolutely no need for THAT.
Josh's service was awesome, food was delicious!
