Wonderful, broad selection of clothing, shoes, bric-a-brac, jewellery etc. Reasonable prices, staff are friendly and helpful, the shop has a cheery atmosphere. Lots of great bargains daily

A great place to look for homeware and clothing.. The customer service could improve, as one chap at the counter got grumpy at me infront of other customers for paying with 50, as apparently, 'that will leave them with no change..' Wow, great retail professionalism right there!

Great place to shop, but avoid donating here during business hours unless you want to be verbally abused. After collecting some high-end clothing, new books and new homewares to sell online, I decided instead to donate them to SVDP. When we arrived, an older woman stood on the loading dock and peered into my car and with a digusted tone told us what the store does not accept. We did not have any of the restricted items. As we unloaded our car, she began speaking to us in an aggressive manner, telling us that the store was full and nobody would want our items, then telling us to take our "junk" to Lifeline instead. When I said okay, she then changed her mind and told us to keep unloading. While unloading, she stood on the loading dock and made derogatory comments to myself and my partner about our items and about how we were "lazy". She would periodically walk out to the shop floor to speak loudly to another volunteer about us dumping our "rubbish". Thinking she may have misunderstood what was in the bags, I showed her the brand new, tags on items and told her my original plans to sell the high-end clothing items. She cut me off, telling me that I had chosen to "dump (my) rubbish here" instead because I was "lazy". My partner and I then left with most of the items still in my car. We drove and found another op shop to donate the remaining clothes and new homewares.
