Good pho, with premium options you won't easily find elsewhere. The Bo Angus is more tender than the Bo Wagyu but the wagyu has a different or nicer flavour - it depends on which flavour you prefer. They both have a nicer texture or mouth feel compared to regular beef. Must be the marbling. The super premium special #8 has more flavours than the premium offerings as it has a whole bunch of different ingredients - Cape Grim eye fillet, brisket, beef ribs, oxtail, bone marrow, tendon, tripe, beef balls, a fried bread stick, and special sate sauce. At 65 it's not something you'd eat every day, but for special occasions it's definitely worth a try.

Went there for a soup bowl. It was OK but I don't really want to go there again not into a huge bowl of soup. Popular place was packed. Would gave preferred a more leisurely dinner.
YUM! If you need your pho fix, definitely try this place out. It is so much less busy than cafe o mai which is next door and does equally as delicious pho and banh mi. The luxury soup was great and the beef was tender. The soup was hot and fragrant, it was a huge bowl of it too! Definitely coming back next time when I get noodle cravings
Food wise, I absolutely enjoyed it. I do have my favourite Vietnamese restaurants around the town, but here the portions are generous and broth had depth to it. Noodles were probably overcooked, but it seems normal for a lot of vietnamese restaurants I've been to. Service wise, slow and messy. When the restaurant put the word "Superior" I naively expected a well-oiled machine kind of team, but it probably meant the food only not the service.
Our first time. Stopped at Annerley on a Friday night and saw this place. Luckily we couldn't get a table. Restaurant filled up. This is a Pho speciality. Generous serves good variety. We read about the background. They gave nailed the cooking. Simple but comfortable seating. You can get a discount for advertising. We were pleasantly surprised. It's the sort of place that you need to eat at once to discover and then go back confident to order something new and different. We intend to go Again.
Hands down one of the best tasting pho’s I’ve had in a long time! The service is great and the food is quality!! Will definitely be back!
Not at all like any Thai restaurant I have been to before. Very clean, very accommodating staff but lunch menu limited. The beef in the Pho was tough and tasteless. The BBQ chicken with Tamarind and noodles was devoid of any flavor.
Great service and my meal was delicious. It was huge, so I couldn't quite eat it all.
