I got personal instructions on how to use paper trimmer. No wait time. Support your local business. My first visit was for to invitations for my son's 5th Birthday and have been back many times in the intervening 21 years ;)
I would never visit this place, lady is very rude as other comments also mentioned. She gets bulk projects so looks like customers who come for small things she see them as waste of her time and get frustrated.
