Great place to pick up games. Has awesome space to play games too! Clean and very friendly and helpful staff!
Advertised an item on their website as "in stock" and was able to "add to cart", they took payment and sent me an invoice only to tell me that that item was unavailable and they were going to refund me. It's been 7 days and the refund still hasn't come through and my bank has seen the money go out but not come back in and on top of that they are still advertising the same item as "in stock" and not on "back order" or not available as other items are on the website.
Not a great online shopping experience. I ordered a bunch of issues ahead of time and many that should have been in stock. They took the order and money immediately. It Then took 2-3 months for a real update on the order only after I personally found out some of the comics were cancelled or delayed. After I notified they of these facts they told be 2 of the comics I ordered that were not cancelled were not available. Yes I got the refund however their follow through was quite terrible.
Interesting place, wide selection and was able to back order the issues I wanted. Professionalism is a bit lacking over email. Was perfectly helpful in store.
