The kids loved it, was a great place for them to get up close and personal with these beautiful animals. Prices were a bit high for what you got, but still a great morning spent with the family.

Fun place to meet sharks and rays super close and personal! It is worth it to get into the water, and there are various tiers of engagement and price points. Staff were friendly, and the place is expanding so check it out in the years to come!

The new outdoor location is so much better. We been couple of time in old location, but this time we where speechless. All pools/tanks are located outdoor, you can feed rays and sharks from little beach while enjoying fresh air. There is snorkelling with rays on the offer as well, what a great idea! All gears is provided. Staff is very friendly and educated. My 2.5 year old daughter really enjoyed the music and over all experience. When you in Port Stephens this is definitely a must!

We did the shark feeding and the shallows encounter. It was an absolutely awesome experience. Noah and Kelly (our hosts) taught us so much about these amazing rays and sharks. I highly recommend getting the shallows encounter if you want to get up close and personal and touch the sharks and rays. Our kids loved it too. Keep up the great work educating the public about these amazing creatures!

Great way to meet the sharks and rays up close! We had an amazing time! The staff were really friendly and knowlegeable especially Jazz, Jess and Caitlin. Would highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic way to learn more about sharks and rays in a family friendly, safe and exciting environment. There are a range of experiences you can choose from and the instructors are all super lovely, friendly and approachable. A number of cute collectibles for the children at the gift shop. A great experience for the family or for friends while giving back to save the local environment. Can also have birthday parties or a retreat. It is a surreal experience being so close to large sharks and rays and seeing how friendly they are. A once in a lifetime of a show! Would recommend for all age groups and friendly for people with disabilities to stay ashore and watch.

Very good I took my Grandson there on his Birthday.He really,really liked it. I recommend you to go there it’s worth it. The staff are very nice, the animal are very friendly and are like puppy you can also feed and pat the animals. You will most likely learn facts about the beautiful animals there you will probably be afraid of the sharks as much after your visit. If your over 12 or 12 you can go on a mini snorkel in the deep area.

My girlfriend and I visited the centre just yesterday. The staff here are incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable on the animals they care for. Honestly, cannot recommend this place enough, the experience of just touching let alone feeding some of these breathtaking animals is something I'd never imagined doing but I'm glad I got the opportunity to do so. It's so easy to get lost in time amongst feeding the animals (we almost spent 3 hours there but could have stayed longer). A keeper was informing us about their 10 year plan which sounds and looks amazing! I absolutely will be back to see what the future holds for this beautiful establishment!
