Stopped going to this chemist because I was told, in front of other customers, that I had not paid for a prescription six months prior but they couldn't audit it anyway. So why tell me? I told the lady I pay for all scripts at the time, and said this three times. When I emailed them that day telling them how upset I was about being accused of not paying, that they needed to work on their system flaws and their customer service, I received no response. A long time customer no more.

This place is atrocious since loosing it's lovely chemist in August 2018. I require a 'special' medication on a monthly basis that must be ordered in advance. Lodging my script 10 days prior to needing it and then turning up to collect it this week I find they never ordered it, or followed up, and now tell me they have 'lost' my script, what the? Where to now.... after ringing numerous Chemists there's no monthly injection this month, Chemists will not dispense without the original script, so it's back to the specialist and medicare for the approval process all over again, if that can be done! I am truly disgusted by the lack of care at Anketell Street Chemist, no honest courtesy and not even a thought of assisting me further.
