Kind, compassionate and amazing care for our little one. We were worried about our puppy, so we brought him in late on a Saturday night. The team were beyond amazing - they took complete care of him and gave us some great follow on advice. While I hope that our puppy doesn’t need another visit, it is so comforting to know that the team at the animal referral hospital are there for us whenever we need! Highly recommend!
We had to take our darling dog Ned here on Friday for an emergency appointment & again on Sunday as it was time. The vet & nurse staff here were very compassionate & professional throughout the whole process. Particularly Jill, who also arranged paw prints of our family pet for us. Despite the very traumatising, sad events that transpired before coming here, the team made the situation much more bearable & ensured our Neddy was not in any pain. Very much appreciate the efforts & professionalism from all. We highly recommend this emergency vet to those requiring emergency assistance.
Do not bring wild animals to this place! They just put them down. I found a bird with a damage wing but still able to fly, the bird looked healthy but with a weird looking wing... I thought to help the bird by bringing him to these people...with out not even trying something...they just put it down! The bird had more chance if left alone with nature rather than be helped from these people...It was my fault to bring him to the hands of the people that do the job just for the sake of convenience, time saving and money rather than do the best for save the life of a creature that wanted to live.
Great service for our puppy with her fractured paw. Recommend phoning ahead so they know you're coming. Caring staff and the Drs are knowledgeable and professional.
The staff here are so wonderful. Thank you so much for everything, we really appreciate everything you all did for us. Without you I honestly don't know how we would have coped, thank you so much for getting my cats footprints. It means more than you'll know. Some people complain about costs, please think of where you are without having these dedicated vets there for your animals. These are your pets, your friends and your companion. They do all they can to help. The service outweighs any cost. We are so grateful you exist. Thank you again
Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff at ARH, our beautiful Labrador Jessie had a seizure last Saturday night and we took her to ARH, their care and compassion was so comforting. Unfortunately Jess has a huge tumor on her liver which ruptured and she passed away there. The staff let us spend as much time with Jess as we wanted, clipped some fur for us and did paw and nose prints for us. They arranged for Tony from Pets at Peace to collect her. A few days later they sent us a packet of flower seeds to plant and a beautiful hand written card. This was the first time we had used ARH but definitely will not be the last, I have had pets all my life and never been shown the care we were shown there. I thought being late on a Saturday night that the price would have been exorbitant but we were pleasantly surprised. A huge thank you again, it is so appreciated! Lucinda and family
