Staff were lovely. My dog had swimmers tail they were able to diagnose it straight away and give her meds to help. After a few days she was back to her normal self

I can not thank the vets and nurses at AES Tanawah enough for saving my beautiful boy Hurley. He ate a large amount of snail bait and ended up in the emergency hospital for 2 nights. The team monitored him around the clock to ensure his recovery and gave me regular updates and messages about everything they were doing and how he was going. I’ll be forever grateful for the love and care they showed Hurley while he was in their care. Because of them, he is now alive and happy to be home with his little sister.

In the unfortunate situation that you need an emergency Vet i am happy to recommend the team here. From first calling up on the phone, Rita on the front desk was very compassionate and put me and my partner somewhat at ease whilst bringing our dog down and waiting for her to get seen. Thank you again. I don't WANT TO return, but if we do we know we're in safe hands.

The whole team at AES were amazing. They contacted us every step of the way and ensured that we were in the know through every part of the process. They took the utmost care when looking after our Groodle. Would highly recommend the entire team but I did want to shoutout Danielle for her care and passion. Cannot express how wonderful the team is and the service that they provide. We were updated constantly about how our dog was doing throughout her time spent there. The front desk staff made you feel welcome, and the nurses and vets were very caring and understanding. Highly recommend, if you ever need to use an emergency veterinary service.

A.E.S has been nothing short of amazing. The staff were exceptional. They all went above and beyond for our beautiful dog. They kept us updated regularly with his condition, and even got photo updates. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

We had to take our dog to the Animal Emergency Service when our dog decided to get into the bin for some kebab sticks. Dr Danielle was wonderful and treated our dog as if he was her own. All the staff we dealt with certainly made us feel that he was in the best care possible and we were not disappointed. I would have no issue recommending this Veterinary Service to anybody.
