Andi brought life back to an old friend. Andi carried out a well overdue tuning and service on our upright kawaii and she’s a joy to play once again. It was a pleasure to converse with someone who I believe is a master of his craft as he took the time to know what I felt our piano needed. To be specific she was very flat after years of playing and I always felt the action were relatively heavy to play. Andi knew exactly what to do and even took the time to share some of his knowledge with me. Long story short she’s now tuned to “concert pitch” with light action on the keys allowing me to apply more dynamics and more importantly makes it a lot easier for my 7yo daughter to play as she builds strength in her digits. Andi went above and beyond for us. Our piano hadn't been tuned for over ten years but he made it sound absolutely beautiful, and also fixed our pedal. He is extremely well priced and the amount of care and creativity in his work is fantastic. I cannot recommend him more. He's wonderful! .
