Good cheap prices. BUT with so many staff just wandering around helping customers why cant a gas bottle be filled before 11am sats.??

Eventually served after about 20min and quite helpful. Didn't have everything I wanted but that's ok. Just a shame service wasn't quicker...they were hardly busy

What a great experience We called ahead with some questions regarding product/ price and availability When we arrived we were greeted with “hello” ( becoming rarer these days) One of The items we were after was put aside for us at the counter. Taylor was very helpful and polite, congratulations young man. Our brief encounters with 2 other colleagues were just as remarkable. It’s a big store with pretty much everything the out doors person could want.

Terrible customer service. Staff are just generally unhelpful and rude. Been here multiple times now, hasn't improved with age. Official rating 2/10 You're better of going elsewhere

I had a young fella Matt help me out with selecting the right gear for my fishing out on the reef i wasn't sure what I was doing he pointed me in the right direction such a big help very knowledgeable thanks mate best fishing

Extremely unhelpful and egotistical staff, wanted information on a DJI drone I was going to buy and he told me to look it up online. Most staff are somewhat useful but horrible management, have no care for the knowledge of the products they are selling. Lost a sale as a result. Go somewhere where the prices are set right and the staff know what they are selling.
