Raj and his team, from our initial introductory meeting with myself (Peter) and my wife Lyn, has been exemplary. Raj listened to our ideas and offered suggestions on how it potentially could be improved, but honouring our original concept. Raj’s experience with the building trade enabled him to advise on a range of likely scenarios’. He took time out to get the builder to visit the site with him, and involved us, to talk through the options and ‘check in’ with the builder on the practical aspects of the options from a building perspective. Very happy. From the initial meeting in our old dump of a kitchen, to moving into the renovated one, it was professionalism all the way. We stare at the new kitchen/dining/pantry/laundry layout, and it's hardly changed a centimetre from the initial first sketches. I also liked the fact that they were not just architects, but Raj also knew a lot about the building trade having been on the tools himself one time. Also, impressed by the way the music studio design was patiently worked out to minimise noise. It was complex, having a two leafed stud wall, a floating floor, and keeping it separate from the framework of the rest of the house, yet still under the one roof. Highly recommended.
A great team to do work for. Extremely professional and thorough with attention to detail. Effective communication is another attribute which makes doing business with these guys a pleasure.
I have used them for 2 projects and both times have found them to be very good. Them listen and react to your ideas. They are friendly and move quickly.
