I wish I had an option to pick no stars. Picked a bracelet as a replacement to a faulty Earning in Nov last year from Pacific Werribee. The bracelet broke in less than 3 months. Expressed my disappointment to the staff in store and requested for a refund. The staff empathised and discussed the situation with her store manager who was rude, unprofessional, refused listen and not helpful. I think the Manager's name was Faye. The only option given was will get it fixed cannot issue any refunds. I now feel my money is blocked on something that I cannot trust wearing. Caution to anyone visiting the store. The manager and the return refund policy is pathetic. Spend your money somewhere where they treat you well and not sell faulty jewellery. Made two purchases and both faulty, never to shop here again and will not be recommending this store to anyone. Also beware of there false advertising. received an email, loved a ring. When visited the store the staff and manager did not honour the price. Not honouring of advertised price happened to us twice. Once in store promotion and second online promotion. This store is full of multiple issues.

Amazing service by Sana, will definitely go back for more jewellery. She is very professional, approachable and surely knows what she is talking about. Provided a lot of information about the diamond ring I was buying for my mum, she has taken time to explain everything that matters when purchasing a diamond.
