Good to see this jewellery shop brand on our shores. Have known the American Swiss brand growing up in South Africa in the 1980's and they have always been associated with above average jewellery in the gold and diamond capital of the world. My folks used to buy from these guys and their sister company Sterns in Cape Town CBD. Very trusted brands. Most of the jewellery in the family were purchased from these places back then and still look great some 30-40 years later. I guess if you buy quality and timeless classics it will stand the test of time. The store in MacArthur Square embodies the similar values we have come to know, quality unique designs, great range and friendly non-pushy service (though the staff I remember in Wynberg Cape Town were are class act back then). They could improve by having prices on the jewellery, train staff on the unique offering and heritage more and opening stores on the northern side like the Sydney Hills or North Shore as this place is a long way away.
