Good shop and great helpful staff. Great selection of furniture at reasonable prices as well. I had a bad experience only with one item i bought and that was because of a manufacturing defect. They eventually replaced it, but the whole process took some time and a few visits to the store. Yet, I've brought a lot of items from there before and after, so they certainly deserve a 4 to 5 star rating.

I can honestly say that I have never had better service than what I have received at Super Amart Mentone. The staff were courteous, helpful, and when I encountered a problem (not of their making) they could not have been nicer or more obliging. Hats off to you all! Really impressed.
Just visited the store and was very happy to be served by Michael. He was friendly , very helpful and had a personality - sometimes lacking when you visit stores. I will definitely visit the store again. We have purchased from here in the past and each time we visit we meet very professional and helpful staff. If you haven't been to amart in Mentone before- do your self a favour and visit - you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Worst shopping experience Iven had in a long time. I was dealing with a good sales person but there was this other sales guy there who decided to give me ultimatum "if I wanted to see the chair with legs on I would have to buy it otherwise they weren’t going to bother." He was extremely rude Even the girl behind the counter couldn't manage a smile. It was as it I was putting them out by buying something. No wonder this place is empty and every one goes to fantastic furniture.
We bought so many items here with barely any help at all, whilst constantly having to ask for it. They delivered the items later than we asked and also one item broke after using it twice. I know it's cheap furniture but when you spend over 3000 you expect some good service. Not once did we get an apology and now we have to fill out a form all for a product replacement. Really disappointed and will never go back!

Brought a king size bed from them. Good price. Even cheaper than the queen size one which i bought from IKEA.
Good furniture for good price. I was looking for a dining table but hadn't found anything that pleased me til I got there.
