Dropped our little fur baby off at B’ark, Katie and the team were so so helpful, the facility’s are amazing so cleaning and our pup loved it, regular updates just topped it all off. Would return her there again! Would recommend to anyone.

Hi, Just wanted to thank b'Ark for looking after my two kitties for the week. Staff were so helpful especially as needed to change dates a few times. The cats were less peeved than usual when collected. In feline terms that is a double thumbs up . You were recommended by a number of people and I felt very comfortable to leave them there while we enjoyed our holiday. Thanks, Cara
Our baby Shima had a wonderful time. The venue is clean and comfortable and very well set out for each dog, plus the staff are wonderful. We highly recommend Katie and her team at b'ark xx
Very nice facility, staff are always friendly and helpful. Our dogs seemed to really enjoy their stay and were happy as could be when we arrived to collect them. They must have had a great time during the day as they slept like babies that evening! Looking forward to sending our energetic pup for future daycare visits :)
First time putting my babies in care. They seemed happy and content when I picked them up. The staff have them all their treats etc I left for them and let them room together so they didnt get scared. Got some lovely emails and photos updating me on their stay. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and really nice facilities for your fur children. Mattie and Theo looked like they enjoyed themselves in the photos we were sent and came home clean and smelling lovely. Will definitely be back!
First time customer and very happy with everything from first contact to pick up. Lovely lady in secure location who loves dogs. Will definitely be bringing my dog here again. He was very calm and happy (and spotless!) at pick up. Thank you :) Five stars!
