Contact details not updated, no follow up of service call and when questioned as to why my service hadn’t been followed was told I am was incorrect and that office would not promise me with follow up service timelines. No part had been ordered and was told another service call would be charged when they could attend but would give no date for this.

Have no issue with the service and workmanship. I do have an issue with my 80 year old mother being charged (according to the invoice), 55 call out fee and 110 for an hour labour. Rain caused some delay, but the bottom line is he was here for less than an hour and it cost 165 to be told its broken and needs replacing. Suggest that is a tad expensive

I had a split system installed about 2 years ago from Always Cool. The job was done right and on time and all works well. The only bad things I would say is there after care is more expensive than there competitors and the warranty you get with the system is great and this is one big reason I used a company like this but if you have a concern that needs looking at and they come out to look and the problem is not a warranty issue it will cost you a minimum of 165 to fined that out, that's what it will cost just to have them walk in the door. So basically I ended up paying them 165 to give the system a clean, I now know I could have had it cleaned by another local Noosa company for 88 which I think is a very reasonable price but 165 is getting up there for a clean. I would recommend them if money is not an issue for you.
