I very rarely make reviews let alone negative ones. However altogether group has some serious issues they need to work on. I can honestly say the turn around time for customer service and this company is honestly shocking. DO NOT EMAIL if you’re expecting a reply within the week. I deal with invoices and reviewing on a daily basis and I have to say that I’ve never seen a more obtuse format which is in my opinion intentionally designed to mislead customers. You’ll still be requested to pay bills despite closing accounts 3 months after the fact. Beware!

Have been with them for almost 2 years. We moved into a brand new apartment part of a large development. The process was very simple and they were very helpful explaining everything. Now we are moving into a new apartment in the same area, and once again had a positive experience getting set up.
Brilliant concept enabling developers to accelerate their program and mum and dads to feel proud about their utilities and the effect they make on the planet. Well Done
Just got off the phone from Customer service, Miriam, she was very helpful in resolving my issue. No compliants so far.
Have called up 4 times in as many months for them to send out a bill to me. Haven't received a bill in 8 months. Have been assured that one will be sent to me every time I call but nothing has come through

If I can give 0 star I will. I’m a tenant in Icon building and you guys charged 518 for 4 months water bill (for 1 bedroom apartment) which part of it we already paid on the settlement date. Really??? Sydney water only charges 200 quarterly.
