My sister would like to buy a new car for herself, and we visited Alto Hyundai a few months ago. We are impressed with the great customer service offered here. Sean was really keen to help and patiently answered all the enquries she made. He even spent extra time after closing time to move the cars for her to test drive. Although she didn't purchase the i30 as her preference over the car changed, I highly recommend anyone who like to buy a Hyundai to consider buying from here. From my opinion, the i30 is very easy to drive compared with the earlier models and Corolla, it also tops the shopping list in terms of value for money.

Went car shopping a few weeks ago, and was struck by the difference between the staff at this dealership and others in the area. We were given attention immediately, all our questions were answered well, and the follow up was great too. Even after a small hiccup with available stock in the area, the team was able to quickly work through a solution and left me very satisfied. They were also great with communicating during delivery - a good experience all round. Big thanks to Adam for his help choosing a model, and his enthusiasm, and Anne-Marie for helping me through the purchasing process.
Purchased an Audi A4 last week through John and James. We were so impressed with the exceptional customer service that we received. Everyone we dealt with - John, James, Sean, Jason and David were very professional and helpful but we would like to give a big Thank You to John for wrapping up the deal for us and also a big Thank You to James for spending time with my son when we took delivery of the vehicle to show him all the controls and features of the car. I met Adam as soon as I walked inside. I was impressed with his prompt action to my enquiry made online just about an hour before. He had already by that time attempted to call me and left a message as well. It felt great to walk in unannounced but still be known to the sales rep by name and welcomed warmly. Adam was extremely kind and helpful, and I genuinely felt his sincerity in wanting to achieve the best outcome for my needs. He listened and addressed all my questions and concerns easily. There was a warm handover to the business manager Anna-Marie for my finance enquiries, and she too was friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. I appreciated this greatly, as they did not waste my time by making me haggle, and go back and forth, and I never felt like I was being cheated. I can honestly say that I signed away for my new i30 that same day because I had received impeccable service, unlike every other dealership I'd visited before. Afterwards, there were follow-ups made, and even numerous other staff I spoke with briefly over the phone were just as friendly and warm. Everyone at Alto Hyundai made my first vehicle purchase a breeze, and the entire experience gave me peace of mind. Overall, they significantly beat all 4 quotes I received elsewhere. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thank you.
After many weeks searching for a car after mine was written off I was so grateful for the helpful and friendly service here. I had some bad experiences in my search and was starting to lose faith in dealerships but Sean and John both went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready for me in a very quick time frame and that if there was a delay I wouldn’t be left without a car! Sean was so down to earth and made the process stress free and enjoyable!
