The whole team are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in, to the time you drive off. Shout out to Tony and all the team for their excellent service and knowledge across the board. Today I will give 5 star to Alto Honda service department. I dropped off my car in the morning with worry as my 6 months old odyssey suddenly aircon is not working. In the afternoon 1:00 the service is done and they found out the problem, it was a piece of plastic bag in the glovebox somehow been sucked into pollen filter and blocked the air come out, now all been fixed and I have the cool air back. Not only just quick service but also they provide me with free loan car and a complementary car wash. Absolutely good service! Very happy with it.
We went to buy our first car at Alto a Honda Blacktown and our sales rep Terri was really great. She made the whole process very pleasant. She patiently answered all our questions and guided us to find the perfect car for our family. Overall we had a great experience. With Terri.

I visited at Saturday for my car service .very unprofessional person in side working .they were not work according to your car work .at the end they clean my car inside and wash the car outside .if you have Small kids at home .he or she will wash and vacuum your car better than Honda service department . totally rubbish inside they give me excuse me .we vacuum your car only the foot Matt on the Matt not under the Matt . We are bound with Honda . otherwise I will never go there . Thanks
I had a really wonderful experience with Terry. She was really a very good sales consultant. She made me feel comfortable and took her time to explain all I needed to know. She was also ready to answer any questions I had.
Came for my 3rd service and am not happy. I had booked a trip from their driver but they didn't have a car seat for my little one. I am not sure how Honda expects us to wait for 5 freaking hours for a car to be services with a 1 year in tow. The aussie guy in the service department was very negative and not helpful at all. Not forgetting he blatantly refused to take my little one. For a moment I thought Honda had a day care
