Our Electrician (Newcastle Electrical Services) ordered the wrong replacement downlights for us from Alstra, but we didn't know until after paying and opening the package at home. Alstra had no problems in providing a quick credit. Alstra were great to deal with, but Newcastle Electrical Services (Electrician) have been poor.
