About 6 months ago I was setting up a bakery. After talking with Bernice(sales) Via email in regards to dough sheeter, oven, retarder prover and a stainless bench I needed, I made the trip there to talk face to face and see what they had in store. It’s a good shop and after talking to her she gave me prices of things and said it wasn’t the solid price so I thought I had a bit of room to negotiate. I was tossing up between two dough sheeters so I said I would go and think about which on and take some measurements. After a few more email I asked twice in two seperate emails if she would do a better price among other questions. Both times she answered every question I had besides the question of better pricing. So I turned to other companies who were happy to negotiate on price. I have finally set everything up and purchased about 40k worth of machinery and didn’t buy a thing from alpha. Simply because ignoring parts of a customers email can be crucial to making the sale. This isn’t a complaint, just shedding some light on a area I believe your staff need more training. Because you lost me as a customer before I even bought anything from you . And before you reply saying you can’t find anyone matching my name in your records it’s because I’ve wanted to remain anonymous. Cheers

Your sales person is extremely slow. I need it fast I told him he said tomorrow I call you and be there. I had to call him and he told me after 3 days . What I joke!!!
