Clothes are cheaply made but only some reasonably priced, others too expensive. Customer service at Parkmore is bad they don't care at all to help you and are insensitive. I needed an outfit for my loved-one's funeral but they didn't care to offer any help when I asked. As someone who works and is graded on exceptional customer care they're poor. The ladies at Melbourne Central were lovely and exceptional and catered to me when I needed an exchange.

Received the worst customer service from the medium length dark Brown straight hair girl that worked this Tuesday 23 Jan 2018. No customer service skills at all. We have never had any issues ever and all of the other girls are so lovely except this disgusting human being. She is so lazy to be working there, she might as well go work at coles and be a cash register. My advice from one customer service employee to another is work on your customer service if that is the industry you have chosen!

To the lazy assistant Lisa Y (says so on my receipt) you are one very unprofessional retail assistance I have ever met. Everyone else that has worked there have been so nice except for this one disgrace. I was told to pack the clothes I've tried on away in a rude manner. Which I have never been asked ever in my life! Completely disgusted by this person!
