Great company! Iain and the entire team are great to deal with. I have used Allwood stairs on a number of projects and from concept to completion the quality is fantastic whether its an MDF stair or complete custom hardwood stair with glass balustrade. The installers have great attention to detail.

The team did a truly wonderful job on my home. Beautifully selected timber, installed when they said they would and at a fair price. Really happy with the job and will be sure to recommend them to anyone who asks. The workers were courteous and polite, so I'm genuinely surprised at the previous reviews.
All was fine until they arrived to install the stairs. Original quote was for all new material but part of the old stairs was use, still had to pay the full price. The workman are condescending, no respect for the owner, play extremely loud music as if they are on a construction site and not a persons home. Quality of the finished product joinery is substandard.
Requested 2 pieces of maple in bullnose for 260, received 2 pieces in pencilround instead, tried a few times to contact allwoodstairs via emails and phone calls with no response. Had to get the timber fixed by another timber factory, another 91. Later allwoodstairs called back said they will not refund, not happy at all.
