Great company to deal with, knowledgeable friendly staff. The system was installed in just a day including the battery. Battery has a small footprint so can tuck against a wall and is not so obtrusive. Well worth the money invested. System works a treat, and no electricity bills is a real bonus. You can see the savings and the system working with the free app, Highly recommended and the company.

We received our first lot of 12 panels in October 2015, then the last lot of 10 panels in August 2019. The Tesla battery installation was completed in May 2020. All of your technicians/electricians who attended for these installations were very prompt and courteous and completed these works with the utmost care and no fuss. Your panels are fantastic and very efficient and what can I say about the Tesla battery........ it has been wonderful!! As we have had several power back-outs in our area, the battery kicks over and our power stays on when the rest of the area is in darkness. Our power bills are in credit every month so even with the initial costs of acquiring your system, it has been well worth the investment. All I can say is that I am very happy with Allstate Solar products and service and would highly recommend Allstate Solar to anyone who is contemplating getting solar installed. Thank you for your great service.
Just writing a quick note about your shutters we had installed a while ago. As you know we live near the sea on the Yorke Peninsula so it's not the friendliest environment for external fittings. Your shutters have held up exceptionally well over the last 6 years and continue to function flawlessly. The only issues we have had was with the rivet attachments of the blind to the roller rod. A call to Steve the installer and the issue was quickly fixed. He came out and repaired the first unit and when it happened again was only to willing to talk me through fixing it myself. A job any basic handyman could accomplish. Just a quick mention regarding the cost of the blinds. I spent some time researching before purchasing and while yours were not the cheapest option, they were the best in terms of after sales service, a fact borne out by the help we have received over the years. Once again thanks for providing a great product and all the help. I have recommended your product to friends over the years and would have no problem doing so in the future.
These guys were on a positive mission to keep you in the loop when it comes to the progress of your enquiry and install. They made the time to actually come out to the premises and go through all the details of the install and all the costs that were involved. Yong the salesman was first class and had first hand experience with the Tesla system which was all we wanted at our house. So far so good. Amazing to think we are pretty much self sufficient everyday now. Thanks Allstate.
I have had a few bought a couple of solar systems and a battery from All State Solar. The first was a solar system which was installed without any problems and the installation team where very helpful and happy to answer any questions that I had. Next I got a battery installed and again it was a very professional job and the installation team helped my get the Tesla app installed and working. Had a couple of teething issues which were sorted very quickly. Finally I needed to get the roof restored and an additional solar system installed to make best use of the battery over the winter period. The guys at All State Solar removed the current panels so the roof could be restored for a minimal cost and once the roof was restored replaced the original panels and installed the new system. I am now fully set-up with the peace of mind that if I have any issues in the future I can call on All State Solar for advise and assistance when needed. I would recommend this company to anybody thinking of installing solar or a battery every day of the week.
In May or June of 2019 Allstate solar had a promotion for solar panels and batteries. Had a visit from Graham and is quickly become obvious that the existing panels were not big enough to charge a battery so new panels were installed. The work crew turned up and removed the old panels one afternoon and the next day they installed the new panels. The new panels were working very well that afternoon. Continued to enjoy the extra power going into the grid which made a big difference to our power account. Graham did a revisit in December to see how things were going and mentioned that there was a special subsidy on batteries from the govt and Allstate were making an offer to make it more attractive. We accepted the offer and in January 2021 a new Tesla battery was installed. The panels were pumping into the battery by just after lunch and we were off the grid. It was a great feeling. In 15 months there have been a number occasions when the power in the grid was not working and we never noticed. In that 15 months we have had 3 days that the battery has not fully charged but had enough to get us through the night and started to charge when the sun appeared in the morning. Very happy and has worked exceptionally well since the day of installation. Good company to work with and had wonderful people as the installers. Peter Phillips Port Lincoln SA
We are more than happy with our Allstate solar setup which includes a Tesla battery. In the summer we earn credits and in the winter the system still provides over 90 per cent of our total power use. We live in a remote area more than 8 hours' drive from Adelaide and the local agent and his workers who installed the system were most efficient and knowledgeable.
Quote process was easy and helpful. Purchase was simple, and installation was handled by knowledgeable and polite professionals. Would definitely use again when I get a second battery, and absolutely recommend to others
