I’ve been going to Allsports to see Lauren for individual appointments and group Pilates for nearly a year now. I have a long term injury that they have helped me manage so well, at times I wonder what I would have done without them! Lauren is an excellent physio, and really kind, I always look forward to seeing her. The reception staff are extremely helpful too, they always make me feel welcome and make rearranging appointments so easy. I would definitely recommend Allsports without a question!

The Physio's and Massage Therapists are extremely professional and caring. I like the "hands-on" approach that they have and the followup of a home care program to keep you on the right track with getting better. I have seen both Andy and Lauren for physiotherapy treatment and both are excellent at what they do.
