I would give 10 stars if I could. A fantastic level of service from the get go. Friendly and professional and communication re order progress was excellent. Installation was done by 2 of the most dedicated trades people I have met and build quality is second to none. Super happy with the new gates and can highly recommend if looking for any fencing and gates. Thank you very much

A pleasant experience from start to finish. I found Feature Fencing after spending weeks chasing some of the bigger fencing companies and begging for them to return my call to no avail - I'm told the big guys aren't usually too interested in the smaller residential jobs like mine (replacing a gate blown over by a storm). Alligator Gates respond promptly, pleasantly and professionally and had absolutely no issue in taking on my small job (which was plenty big enough to me!). Dealing with Steve on the phones, Steve during the site visit, Steve in the factory and Andrew for the installation was a smooth and hassle-free experience and the end product is fantastic. Very happy to recommend these guys, great work!
I want to thank Steve of Alligator Gates And Panels for their work and going above and beyond for us. I bought a new car and while they were fabricating the materials for the final gate (which was beautiful), they also fabricated a gate in the interim to provide protection (and they didn't have to, contractually). Their prices are reasonable, the service is second to none, and the workmanship was without fault...Would recommend these people (and will do) without hesitation....thanks Steve Alligator Gates And Panels...
Absolute professional outfit, we had no issues whatsoever with their work, they got to our place on time, had our gate fitted up within a few hours, tidied up after themselves, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
