Andrew was exreamly helpful the moment I walked in. Helped me pick out a board for my wife, even opened up brand new boxes from out the back to give me some extra colour options. I then had the dilema of getting it home in time to suprise my wife and was kindly offered by Andrew's good friend who was there at the time to drop it back home for me. 10/10 customer service. I ordered an 11ft sup, all the way to the far south coast. Devasted it turned up damaged and no sympathy from the supplier. Twice in the water it faded, it's nearly fluro green now instead of the wood look paint that it started with. Chunks out of the rails whenever it touches anything. Only a month old and I'm a bit heartbroken after the cost. And no I don't leave it out in the sun.
