Two servicemen helped my mother with her tank pump. She cannot stop raving about how professional and helpful they were, and also how fair they were with the pricing of the service. Highly recommend!
I'm a returning customer, they were always very helpful, providing options, fixed my pumps quickly for a very reasonable price.
The staff really know their stuff, and are very friendly and personable. When I took my chlorinator to my local store for repair a few months back, the store sent it to Allbrands Aquatics to be worked on. Next time, I'll skip the middleman and come here in first place.
Getting pool pump repaired.
We dealt with this business via the phone. When paying for the pool pump, we were only offered payment via credit card. We were only advised about the credit card surcharge of 10.59 as the transaction was entered in the machine and the surcharge amount was calculated. When I requested that I pay via direct debit, I was told the transaction had completed and it was too late to do direct debit. Jim in the store was very helpful over the phone while we were checking out which pump would suit our pool best and Michael the installer was very pleasant. Quick service also, pump was installed 3 days after first contact.

Friendly staff and great service. Very good knowledge of chlorinators as well as keeping lots of spares for them. The only company to stock a replacement timer for my unit. Very competitive pricing. My new go to pool shop!
