This place is the very definition of customer service! We have been using Allbiz for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Brilliant staff, excellent prices, highly recommend
Have had a few proeblems with their printing department. Will not be going back to them after this print as we had a credit for errors made on their behalf. They charge an additional fee for print proof and file check and claim online that this includes checking the content. They don’t check the content and now we have watsted 200 on printing which is unusable. When we contacted their customer service team they put all the responsibility on us ‘the customer’. Poor customer service and no strategy for dealing with complaints. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for any business printing!!
