The disorganisation, lack of communication, and unhelpful attitude of the staff make an already devastating time that much more difficult. This is unfortunately not the first bad experience with this funeral home, who also conveniently lost a dear friends valuable engagement ring at the time of her passing, which was never recovered nor compensated. Money is all that these people care about, once they have urs don't expect any further assistance, and dont bother making certain personalised requests. And be prepared for them to change their minds after agreements have been reached. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Thank you so much to the staff of Allambe memorial park. We had the unexpected death of a very close friend of ours, we sent her on her final journey on Saturday. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we made the very fitting decision to hold her service outside. Wow!! the service was lovely, we could hear the water stream in the background, the sun was shining down on us and we were able to invite 30 people to attend. I don't understand why more services aren't held outdoors! The sound system was great and everyone could hear very clearly. Gaylene and her team at Allambe did a marvelous job and we will be forever grateful for their outdoor service.

My father passed away and had service here... I was told I can leave dad there for up to a year... then they called asking what I want to do with him? Because I wasn’t using their facilities to bury him their attitude changed.... they called and sent me letters... yes I know where my father is... maybe I’m not dealing well with this.... they continued to call until I just gave in and went to collect my dad... really really unhappy with this companies empathy as I could have left my father there 3 more months.... but no Judy kept calling and calling ..... not happy AT ALL .... people deal with things differently and I requested they stopped calling but no they still called ....

The area down by the rail line is looking unkept and horrible. Maybe a few more nice gardens and some chairs would be nice. So disappointing to go visit a loved one when you drive through such beautiful well kept area to arrive down there its very depressing

Very large complex with modern air conditioned chapels. Adequate parking, although we had to park in side of driveway. Manicured gardens and graveyard. Very well organised service.
