They withdrew deposit twice and "couldn't find" the second transaction for weeks. Then when it was finally found they asked for bsb and acct number so the money can be sent back. Been 6 weeks now with no money back into my account, and its been just me chasing them around for money while they said "it has been transferred". They have provided no proof of payment for the return of money, no transaction statement only their words saying "its been done it should be in your account". I have provided them with the original email where it states our bsb and acct number for the money to be transferred back to and our bank statements from one day prior to the email until now, and still nothing from them. They have provided NOTHING! I have been chasing my money for weeks. Now going through consumer affairs to get this sorted, ive had enough.

I was about to sell the house, but had to tidy up the shower room first. A tiler claimed that he was able to replace my show glass, but later on he just freaked out. I was a bit worried, because the house was going to open to public in one week. So I shopped around by Google and Phone calls. Only this company appears to be the best through comparison.
