Super helpful and friendly. The guys in the shop had a great tips for mountain biking in the area. Hired a Specialized Rockhopper, the bike was maintained in great nic and could not fault the ride. 100% go back again.

I'd like to thank Diane and Karan and the staff at Outback cycling for looking after us Race to the Rock competitors a few weeks back. They really went out of their way to help us with ordering in parts, offering flexibility with mechanical support and then boxes to help us get home on the plane. They also have a pretty impressive shop presence in Alice with plenty of tempting things! Thanks again, it gave me peace of mind knowing you were there ready for me.

Friendly staff and good gear but somehow my sons derailleur ended up in his spokes after changing gears too quickly. We were accused of dropping the bike on the derailleur and charged us for a new one!! Check every gear before you leave the shop!
