Great botanical gardens and walk. Payed 72 for breakfast, which was ridiculous! Bacon and eggs. It costs 1 more to have your egg fried. Else it’s only poached. Scrambled eggs for eggs came out half cooked and looked horrible. They put baby spinach with balsamic vinegar on the plate, to fill the gap. Asked for toast instead of sourdough bread and they don’t do it. Honestly... will never return. Kids had a horrible experience with food. The walk is nice, but over rated. Plants aren’t looked after and all it seems a bit dodgy. It’s like a walk through the bush, with less animals and a footpath. Kids loved the butterflies.

This Botanic Gardens in Alice Springs is certainly like no other I’ve been to! I really enjoyed it. Loved hiking up the hill to oversee a lot of Alice Springs. We saw multiple rock wallabies up on the hill and on ground level. Was interesting reading the information on the different trees and plants. Wish we had more time but we were passing through town so we only spent about an hour there. There is a nice looking cafe there too which was closed when we went. Ample car parking. Glad we had our fly nets on our hats as the fly’s were sticking to us on this hot day.

Great to see loved all the local plants and the walk up the hill was easy and rewarded with a great view - quiet up there too banged my wife on the top of the mountain with no disturbances Saw some rock wallaby's too which was graet

The Cafe here has good coffee, a great selection of vegan dishes and sweet choices.

Cool little botanic. Easy walks, good lookouts, I am sure the flowers and such are good at the right time of year. Also a little cafe, i had a golden latte which was delicious!

This easy to get to botanical garden was set up in different sections. (Mulga Woodlands, Wattle Walk, Mallee Walk etc). We didn't get to see it all as we were fulling in some time but it was informative in recognising some tree's that we'd come across on a previous walk at Uluru. The garden would be very pretty when in flower. Eremophila's were in flower and the Wattle Bird's were enjoying the nectar. For a 5 donation we get a lovely Guide booklet which tells of the history of the place and has beautiful photos of the different flowering plants/tree's. Looking through the booklet they state they hold Autumn and spring plant sale's. There is also a very popular eatery there as well.

The park itself is interesting & unusual. The cafe there normally serves a varied healthy menu tho today's fare was disappointingly small, tasteless & overpriced .
