Booked a car from Alice Springs. Only to be phoned a week before my trip to say my booking had been cancelled as they had a fault and they didn't actually have enough cars which has now ruined my holiday as I have no other way to get there as it's so late notice there's no other hire cars available. They weren't very apologetic about it and couldn't even help me to provide another solution of who I could use. Will never book with this company

Car was fine. There is no drop off in the city unlike the other rental companies. No taxi voucher or any other alternatives offered. Customer service a bit abrupt.

Cancelled Peanut

Hire a Rodeo(4WD) for the day with two chips in the windscreen, cruising out of town to see the sights. Within an hour on the highway a rock hit it finish off the job. i took it back straight and they would Only offer me a small sedan which we all couldn't fit into. so we had to go somewhere else. We where charged over 700 with their top excess cover

Customer Service is TERRIBLE. The girl was rude and hard of hearing. Set up to Hire a Truck for the weekend & was told I had to pick up from the Airport which I had to pay and extra 20 to pick. For get it. Better off with a Trailer for 40. Awsum Service Budget Car Hire, NOT!!!
