I have bought a Godox video light for our studio before last Christmas and works well with serval projects. Very good performance and love the price. Also the online shopping experience is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Every other time I have used them they've been grear... However Hypop have sold me a flimsy tripod and wouldn't award a refund even though it was a 'Major fault' as stated on the ACCC - 'it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it'. Who buys a tripod to have it 1. Fail on them 2. Have a stuck leg that when you try to pull the whole thing comes out. The item is quite cheaply made with an oily residue all over it. It is quite cheap, tacky and nasty for something of a 250 price tag. I don't think anyone wants to mount an expensive camera to a product they don't trust. Even if it's a replacement.... It's funny as the item I want a refund on isn't even stocked anymore. Quite appalling the way this has been handled Hypop.
Hi guys I'd like to send through a note of appreciation to Pat, one of the sales representatives there. I had a very stressful day pre shoot where my shipment of paper rolls was unexpectedly delayed by the courier, the shoot was early the following morning, I wasn't in the office to keep my eye on the tracking and my mobile phone decided to stop working! Pat responded to my stressed out email that morning and offered to personally deliver my paper rolls to me in person to ensure my shoot went ahead the following day. It was a 20K shoot - so not a fun one to cancel at the last minute!!! I really appreciate how helpful Pat was and felt understood and supported through the whole process. This kind of customer service where your team actually cares about the bigger picture is soooo valued. Much appreciated guys. Kat
I recently ordered the 'Inner Artist Plus' kit after Natalie from Hypop provided me with all the technical information I needed on this product. Nat was super friendly and efficient and when the package arrived, in just a few days (...to a regional area!), Natalie also helped me to assemble the kit. Nat was fabulous, what a great experience Hypop!
Good selection of items, good prices, very fast delivery. I ordered a tripod online as it was the only Australian retailer that was selling it. Ordered it on Saturday, got it on Wednesday, in regional SA. Parcel was in perfect condition. I recommend them.
Ordered a paper roll from Hypop's new paper section. The roll arrived with crease marks all through it. Hypop refused to refund and blamed shipping. I contacted shipping and they sent a new one. Second roll turned up damaged also with a big crease mark through the centre of the roll. Hypop again blamed shipping. I eventually got a refund from the shipping company who will only cover the cost of the roll. So after a month of back and forth and not having the product for the job I needed I got a refund of 100 leaving me 50 out of pocket for shipping. This product is poor quality and unreliable. The customer service was terrible and the whole experience was a waste of time and money.
