They never EVER answer their email and you will get through their phone line very occasionally.. And then they send me incorrect invoice twice eventhough they confirm me twice everything has been payed and charges 2 dishonour fees . Pretty much tries to scam me 2 months of membership *palm face* Watch out for them and make sure you check all the payments they are taking from you. No wonder why fitness businesses are all about free work and scams as well *palm face*

I've been trying to get in touch with them for the past couple of weeks via calls and emails, and nothing. I haven't spoken to anyone, nor has anyone made any attempt to get back to me. Unprofessional.
With covid this year and the restrictions that came in for gym instructor having to close doors stop running classes and still offering the same CEC courses very little discount and really seemed not to care about the fitness professionals or gym owners or instructors.
Pretty poor service if you live in Adelaide. And the fact that membership to this association is required to work in most commercial gyms is a disgrace. Nothing about this association is for the betterment of the fitness industry but just to raise money.
Just a bad organisation. They should help fitness professional to improve their service. They should be on our side but they all about politics and money
Not helpful at all! I emailed them 3 or 4 weeks ago in regards to a personal trainer that is not up to date with her first aid and CPR and is training clients in the foyer of the gym at the top of a staircase! Work and safety issue at it's worst. I have called every week since the email to see what is being done if anything and get the same response. We are about to look into that one. We will definitely let you know. Still no response from them.
Had a problem with getting CECs registered. Phoned up & problem sorted very quickly. Friendly staff on the other end of the line.
Terribly unhelpful. They dont respond to emails. They are rude on the phone. They are also expensive for zero service. With other places popping up to hold professional registrations it might be time to do your homework on options.
