THE EXCUSE WAS THAT THE MISTAKE WAS FROM THE OTHER END HOWEVER WHEN I PAY AN AGENT TO ACT ON MY BEHALF YOU EXPECT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. JERIl MATHEW’s CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE, DUE TO THE LACK OF CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. I JUST HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER AS THEY ARE THE ONES REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY!
