Excellent customer service. Couldn’t believe the other negative reviews when I read them. The staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to please all their customers. I will definitely be coming here again

I paid 21 for movical junior 30 sachets. I know chemist warehouse will be cheaper (8.99), but online price match is from 14.95-16.95, chemist warehouse suggested retail price is 17(it's says on the tag why pay 17.) I paid 21! What is wrong with you? I wouldn't even go to one life medical anymore. Ps: Because their machine didn't work I paid in cash, they didn't give me a receipt. Why I didn't go to chemist warehouse? Because my child's doctor is not in that day. (Doctor @ redland).So I went to one life medical, the doctor says my child's medicine is so urgently need to be take action on her that if it doesn't work that day, she wants me take her to emergency department at hospital that day. So I decide to pay extra even I know this pharmacy wiould be more expensive. I wouldn't complain if I paid 17. But 21? Seriously? Well, I took my child to see her regular GP again, and got new description, and spend 75 with chemist warehouse. I bought more other stuff because I know I wasn't being overcharged.

This is my local chemist and I'm very happy with the services they offer. Staff are all very friendly and always try to find a solution to any issues I have. I also find they have a wide variety of products especially with Christmas coming up

No urgency to serve customers, prioritising finishing admin tasks over serving. When I do get served, it's normal to be told "there'll be about a 20min wait for your script" - this was at 10am on a Thursday and there was no one else in the store. It's just a general nonchalant attitude to customer service. I spent the extra 5mins effort to drive down the road to Chemist King and was served immediately and had my script in hand 3-4mins later.

I've encountered a few chemists with chips on their shoulders for not quite having what it takes to be doctors but this place... sheesh. I popped in to purchase the 28 day nicotine patches chemists secretly keep behind the counter because they literally cost half the price of those they keep in the shop (and this is without the extra 10 off with a doctors prescription). The woman wouldn't sell them to me and kept insisting they were prescription only... So you can imagine my "surprise" when rather than go to the other chemist I previously bought them from without prescription, chose to try a new place and was able to get them straight away... Love how businesses are doing the right thing during this time of financial hardship for so many by looking out for themselves...

Reading some reviews...maybe you have changed staff. I lived in the area for 44 years. I went to that shop for as long as it was there. No one knew my name or cared. I hated going there. Cold. I moved to Moreton Shores at Thornlands and found a new chemist..not realising the same...so different. I get greeted...Hello Susan, how are you.? They bend over backwards. Never been happier. The closest chemist and staff are friendly but unfortunately not worth it. Quoted 28.50 for my daughters antibiotic, travelled to chemist warehouse capalaba and it only cost me 5.70. They say they'll beat any price but honestly, I'll just keep going to capalaba.
