I called Pat in advance to confirm timeline for inspection on a property I purchased. He was very helpful on the phone and guided me through the process as this was my first time purchasing. Adding to the fact I was stuck overseas due to COVID19, he answered all my questions and put me as ease with the process, even though I wasn't in the country. The report was very detailed. I will be using Pat again for future investment property purchases.
