Extremely happy with the Service Department. We had a major engine breakdown and from the minute we walked through the doors, we were assisted and nothing was too much trouble. We had to have the car towed approximately 100km to the service deparment. We were kept up to date with the work being carried out. It did take 3 weeks to repair but we knew it was going to take awhile. Everyone in the service department has been extremely helpful and we will take our car back there for service from now on. Even though it is a drive for us - the service and quality of workmanship is worth it. Thank you so much.

SCM were able to fit me into their work program within a few days of making my call. Their attention was professional and informative. They dealt with the special needs of a car that met a deep pothole at speed during the recent wet, and will finish off the job when they get the part needed.

Allyson was fantastic and organised to have even the smallest detail looked at. This really puts a new meaning to the word service. Well done guys. Maybe the sales team could learn from their service department.

I have been here a few times. The spare parts guys are very useful. I went inside the office to ask a technical question the other day and the mechanic in there not only answered my question without trying to get hundreds out of me, he really knew his business. I teach mechanics and he was right up there.
