I have been a student of Karate School for more than 11 years and will be turning 55 next month and still love it .. actually I love it more now as i take the foot off the work accelerator a bit and focus on my health and wellbeing more so. The inclusiveness of the school is what I've always enjoyed about Karate School and the fun natured approach blended with the Hard no nonence training gives for a great experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to start out or anyone feeling like they have missed the boat as its never to late to be fit and healthy.
