Where do I even begin! I travelled 40km to visit Sew Focus after I was recommended by a friend! I went in there ready to buy a Janome as that’s what I have always used. My preference was respected and the owner (I sadly didn’t get her name!) went above and beyond going through the Janome’s with me and helping me pick the right machine. I then however saw a Brother in the corner of my eye that looked very swanky, again, I was shown all the bits and bobs of the Brother and ended up deciding that I wanted the Brother! She was full of knowledge and so so accomodating! I have never experienced better customer service and I can’t wait to go back :)
