Hidden Jade is really a Hidden Gem. Service was fast and very considerate, even if I was with my 2 children one of which too small to have food there. Food was also very tasty. If you are looking for a good Chinese restaurant with a view, you can't go wrong here.
Average food that is way overpriced. Can get better food at 1/10th of the price in Chinatown. The place is old and warn out. It's stuck in the 90s.trying to cater for an upmarket Chinese crowd, but not succeeding. Have to pay 5 for parking. View of the lake is non-existent at night.
Living up to its name "hidden" away on the beautiful Albert park Lake, we where lucky enjoy to stubble across Hidden Jade- Possibly some of the best dumplings in Melbourne. The restaurant itself was immaculate and service was great. We will be back for sure

If you love authentic Szechwan Chinese spicy food this is the place for you. Excellent.
Poor service and quite pricey, but reasonably good food and nice view on the lake. Note it is a chinese restaurant (hidden jade is also called "The Point") and there isn't European food as advertised elsewhere on google maps.
Mostly loved it because of the company and the occasion. Exceptional food, gorgeous views (or was that the company?) and impeccable service.
