We had a fantastic experience with Al Aseel catering service for our daughter's christening. The online ordering process was so easy and transparent. Janelle was fantastic to deal with. She thought of everything to make sure the day runs smoothly and it sure did. There was plenty of food and it was delicious! We got a lot of compliments on the day. The food was well packaged and well presented. The delivery person was very reliable and professional. He helped lay out all the trays and checked everything to ensure it was received. Overall a 5 star experience and I can't wait to cater with Al Aseel again, it was such an easy, smooth experience.

The best restaurants
The food is always great. We’ve had them cater a few events. Unfortunately our last event, our wedding, was a let down. During the process leading up to the day, the event manager; who is clearly under a lot of stress and overloaded with work, wouldn’t reply for weeks on end. Then the day before the event sent various emails asking for information we had already given. On the night some tables didn’t receive some food items we had paid for, this was especially disappointing as we the bride and groom was one of these tables. I think next time we’ll be only catering with al aseel for smaller events. This experience was a disappointing let down.
A really busy restaurant on the weekend, make sure you go early! It's probably better to book ahead if you have a group. Parking can be found just opposite the road.
The food is great and all but I'm not going to lie, the catering worker In charge of all appointments and catering enquirys and payments was very rude. On the phone she made unfriendly comments and in person she definitely gave off an unbothered vibe and was very persistent with her ways. Wasn't acomidating to the needs that we were requesting which were simple. Overall very uncomfortable experience dealing with her. That's the only downside to alaseel catering services.
Great food always The chicken garlic and fattouch are well balanced. It comes packed of bbq over the coals flavour. The fattouch is tangy lemony sumacky. Love every minute we go to Al
