5 stars is not enough!! Amazing level of service and advice. They restored my father 70 year old Omega to new. I can no thank them enough for their perseverance and craftmanship.

Revised from my previous 5 star review. I brought my watch in for a service due to condensation building up. I was quoted 498 dollars to replace all the seals, crown, front and back glass and also to replace the automatic pendulum wheel. I called to discuss the high price and was talked at for half an hour regarding warranty etc. I was informed it had been opened, inspected and quoted as such as that was what was required to be replaced. I rejected the 498 quote (on a 1200 watch) and was informed that the condensation was removed and there was no charge. I was very appreciative. I was told to send it back under warranty for repair. It was sent to Tissot for warranty and inspection. I'll happily upload their report. The rear seal of the casing was never cracked/opened/removed. The inside of the watch was never inspected, nor was the condensation removed. It's ethically wrong to quote 498 dollars for repair when you didn't even take time to inspect the watch. Tissot have said there is no issue with the pendulum and the issue was caused only at the crown seal. You explained to me the watch was opened and condensation removed. You commented your workmanship is so good, Tissot could never tell it had been opened during warranty period, and you were correct. You lined up the indicated scratch marksi caused during daily wear perfectly on the back and casing and replicated 2 years of grime and dirt within the seals around the back casing. There is no possible way the rear case could have been put back on without removing the build up. I respect you didn't charge me for work you didnt conduct, but misleading me as to the work you supposedly completed is wrong. Especially when that investigation resulted in a 498 quotation. I won't return. I am awaiting the snarky condescending response from the owner.

Brought my Casio g-shock in because I couldn't get the digital display to match up with the hands. Seemed to be an issue they're familiar with here, so after about 5 minutes of fiddling around with my watch, everything was in order and fixed. Great service and would recommend for any watch related issues that you may have.

Very happy with the service I received. My watch wasn’t working and I had no idea why. They determined that the second hand was slightly bent and catching on the other hands. Fixed it quickly (had it back in about 2 days) and I haven’t had an issue with it since and to top it all off they only charged 25. I had no idea what was wrong they could have told me anything and charged a lot more. Very honest and easy to deal with.
