Jay was very professional and great to deal with. Another technician from another company has previously told me that it will cost me 600 to get my stove repaired and better if I bought a new one! . Jay came with the spare parts and fixed my electric stove in about 10 min. Cost me just over 100. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

My washing machine's disassembly was very complex and one of other repairers said I should buy a new machine as it is not worth a repair. Forcefully put top of dishwasher back after so-called repair. Now the heater doesn't work and it constantly ends each wash with an error. Rang him the first time error happened, he asked me to SMS him the error but did not respond otherwise. Rang him again, left a message but got no response whatsoever. Poor quality. Poor service.

He didn’t disappoint. Arrived within half an hour. Diagnosed and fixed within 15 mins. Nice decent man. Only accepts cash.
