I was in Townsville for a few days last week and needed my waxing done... I can't even begin to describe the terrible experience with this place. I walked out with serious bruising. Sticky all over from the wax being left on me...And even worse.... after shelling out 158.00 - I am going to have to pay my usual beauty therapist to actually do the waxing properly. I did respond to their own Store rating, but wasn't even contacted to see if they could resolve their very obvious issues... Definitely don't waste your money.. Be Waxed in Townsville was much, much better when I was there last year...
