I've had multiple piercings from Bianca & Renee, and they are superb! I was a little nervous, but they were incredibly reassuring. Renee helped me to choose a piercing to fit my ear anatomy. I love my new piercings & I'm already making a list of my next ones! I highly recommend going here!

Had Bianca do my two piercing and she was fantastic. No pain. No fuss. Great friendly service, went past a couple of days later and she checked to see how it was healing and she spoke to family who then booked in for more.

would recommend 100000000/10, got a ear curation (went in and the professional pick your next piercings) by Renee at the townsville store and everything was absolutely perfect. She did an amazing job, i got three new piercings and after every one she checked on me and was generally caring and passionate. Made me feel so welcome plus the piercings were amazing. I couldn’t decide what to get next and my old jewellery was swapped out, Price is perfect as it includes the service products and the extraordinary customer service. Would definitely recommend going here, i was a bit nervous about the pain but Renee talked me through it and made sure i was feeling perfectly fine before moving on. Will definitely be back
