I will not use this company ever again. I booked online for a 12pm pick up, got there only to be told that the car wouldn’t be available until 2pm. I was then told that they had sent me an email just after I booked it, stating I needed to call them in relation to the booking but I showed them my emails and nothing had come through. Magically, after about 2 mins, the email came through! The staff were so rude, and made me feel like it was all my fault, I own 2 businesses and I would never treat my customers this way Even as I write this in their office waiting to pick up the car, the staff are treating another customer in the same rude, angry manner. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star rating but it won’t let me post this without giving them 1 star

Very nice staff at a shared location for both Avis & Budget. A quick few minutes walk from the tram stop and Westfield Airport West shopping centre. The car was delivered quickly to me after arrival once I had completed the paperwork and provided my credit card for the bond. Understanding all the paperwork details, which are explained quickly and asking a few questions about excess charges can prove daunting. I was provided an inspection of the car to outline any marks and scratches existing on the vehicle. I was then asked to start the vehicle and move it out the front of the venue entrance where it was given a quick clean. The inside still required a vacuum and wipe but was left for my use. The Kia Elantra performs well but the radio didn’t seem to have any presets of stations. I need to read the instruction book as I wasn’t given any instructional guidance.
This was the first time I rented a truck for a house move - the team at Budget Airport West were super friendly, really helped me get things going and supported me along the way. Thanks team, you really made a stressful move a whole lot easier!

Finding for a car and truck rental here is the perfect place to rent all of your rides. They provide the best customer service and the cars and trucks are well maintained. If looking for best and cheap price budget is the one that provides best price.
